Please check in the order below!

Try these first: - Completely close the app and restart - Update to the latest version from the App Store / Play Store

If you still see ads: My Page → Notice/Ad/Notification Settings → Remove Ads → Check that Ads (pop-ups, banners) are OFF. My Page → Subscription Settings & Management → Check that the subscription is applied to My Family

Please note, the benefits of the 'Ad Removal Subscription' product only apply to the admin account that purchased the subscription.

To apply it to all family members, each member will need their own subscription.
