Q. I switched from Galaxy to iPhone. How do I subscribe?

Google Play and the App Store use different payment systems, so your existing subscription can't be transferred as is.

Please follow the steps below!

🤖 1. Cancel your Google subscription

For subscriptions paid through Google, please cancel directly in the Google Play Store.

  1. On your Galaxy device, open the [Google Play Store] app.

  2. Tap the [profile icon] in the top right corner.

  3. Go to [Payments & subscriptions] → [Subscriptions].

  4. Select [Babyfolio], then tap [Cancel subscription].

💡 Don't worry! Even if you cancel now, you can keep using the service until the end of the subscription period you've already paid for.

🍎 2. Subscribe again on your iPhone

Once your existing Google subscription expires, please subscribe again on your iPhone using Apple payment!

  1. On your iPhone, open the [Babyfolio] app.

  2. Go to [My Page].

  3. Choose the subscription plan you want and subscribe with Apple payment.
