Q. I switched from an iPhone to a Galaxy. How do I subscribe?

Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) have different payment systems, so your existing subscription can't be transferred as is.

Please follow the steps below!

🍎 1. Cancel your Apple subscription

Subscriptions paid through Apple can't be canceled directly in Babyfolio. Please cancel them on your iPhone by following the steps below.

  1. Open the [Settings] app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap [Apple Account (your name)] at the top.

  3. Go to the [Subscriptions] menu.

  4. Select [Babyfolio] and tap [Cancel Subscription].

💡 Don't worry! Even if you cancel now, you can keep using the service until the end of your already-paid subscription period.

🤖 2. Subscribe again on Galaxy

Once your existing Apple subscription expires, please subscribe again on Galaxy using Google payment!
